My reservation is not working or there do not seem to be any lots available?
Check that the size of your recreational vehicle matches the size of the land. If the vehicle is bigger it won't work.
 
Can I make changes to my reservation?
Absolutely. You must write to us at info@campingduvillage.com 
 
Are dogs or cats allowed on your campsite?
We love pets.
However, make sure to keep your pets on a leash at all times and pick up their small or large gifts ;)
Never leave them alone in the camp when you leave the site.
 
Where can I find the map of your campsite?
The campsite map is accessible by pressing the “Plan” tab
 
Do we have access to a picnic table?
All campsites are equipped with a picnic table.
 
Can we make fires?

Given the increase in reported forest fires year after year, due to our proximity to the forest, because our campground is located in the heart of the village, and out of respect for guests who may be inconvenienced by smoke, we have chosen to take a greener and safer direction in 2026.

👉 For these reasons, our campground is now smoke-free.
Campfires will not be permitted; however, propane fire pits will be allowed.

Is there a curfew?
Oh yeah! If you're looking for a party atmosphere, you've come to the wrong place. Our customers are looking for a peaceful atmosphere at the campsite. Excessive noise is prohibited at all times. The curfew is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
 
Do you have WIFI?
Yes, it’s free.
 
How much do showers cost?
They are free.
 
Is the water safe to drink on site?
Absolutely. The water is drinkable on all sites and in our toilet blocks.
 
If it rain can I get a refund?
Unfortunately no. If I buy a trip to the south and it rains all week, I don't think I'll get a refund ;)
 
How far is your campsite from downtown Percé?
We are located directly in the center of the village. You can do everything on foot.
 
Do your sites all have a view of Rocher Percé?
We have several sites which offer a magnificent view of Rocher Percé, Bonaventure Island and/or the sea but they do not all have a view. When you book online you can see the photo of your site.
